What stays on your device

An unfinished quote draft — your chosen vehicle, dates and contact fields — is kept in your browser's local storage so you can leave and return. It is not transmitted to us until you submit it. Clearing your browser data removes it permanently.

What we collect when you book

• Your name, phone number and email address, as entered on the booking.
• The quote itself: dates, locations, vehicles and any special instructions you write.
• Payment records: the M-Pesa or card reference, amount and receipt for each payment attempt, so every shilling can be reconciled.

Who else sees data

• The mobile number you give us is passed to Safaricom's M-Pesa service to push the payment prompt. Card payments are processed by our card processor; we never see or store your card details.
• Nothing else. Your data is not sold, shared for advertising, or enriched.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept as long as the business requires them for accounting and dispute resolution. Quote drafts that never became bookings expire with your browser data.

Your access

Ask on WhatsApp for what we hold about you, and it will be sent to you — or deleted if you ask and no accounting obligation prevents it.

Analytics

• Google Analytics 4 is live. It sets cookies and records device and usage data with IP anonymisation. You can opt out via your browser's Do Not Track setting or Google's own opt-out add-on.
