How much is the deposit to confirm a booking?+

The deposit is 40% of the quoted total, subject to a minimum of KES 10,000. The minimum never exceeds the total — for a short, cheaper hire you pay less than the minimum floor. The exact deposit appears as its own line before you pay anything.

How do I pay?+

At checkout you receive an M-Pesa prompt on your phone (STK Push) and enter your PIN. Card payment and corporate invoicing are available where configured — the checkout only shows payment methods that are actually live.

What happens if I cancel?+

Refunds follow the published ladder: 30+ days before: 90% of what you paid is refunded; 14+ days before: 50% of what you paid is refunded; Under 0 days: the booking is not refundable. The refund you are owed at the moment of cancellation is calculated by the same policy engine that confirms it — the figure shown is the figure paid.

Why do two vehicles with the same name have different prices?+

Because they are different vehicles. A 2023 Range Rover Autobiography and a 2016 Range Rover Vogue are separately photographed, separately rated products that share a nameplate. Every listing shows its exact model year, and prices attach to that specific vehicle — never averaged across years.

Is there a discount for booking several vehicles?+

Yes — convoys of three or more vehicles earn a fleet discount (3+ cars 11% · 5+ cars 16% · 7+ cars 22%), applied automatically in the convoy builder alongside a fixed coordination fee of KES 7,500. Wedding packages priced for multiple cars include the same discount.

Can I drive the vehicle myself, or does it come with a chauffeur?+

Both exist, per vehicle. Each listing states whether it is self-drive eligible and shows the chauffeured and self-drive day rates separately. Many luxury units are chauffeured only, and that is stated plainly rather than discovered at pickup.

Do you operate the helicopters yourselves?+

Where an aircraft is offered through a partner operator, that operator and their Air Operator Certificate are named on the aircraft page. We do not present brokered aircraft as our own fleet.

Are the prices on this site current?+

Every price is served from the same rate card the owner edits — there is no second price list to go stale. Seasonal uplifts and last-minute premiums shown in a quote are applied by the pricing engine from published rules, so the figure you see is the figure you are quoted.
