Insurance matters most at the exact moment something has gone wrong. So this page will carry the particulars — insurer, policy number, cover limits, excesses — published exactly as the documents read.
Vehicles
Every vehicle offered for hire carries road insurance; no vehicle is listed without it. The per-tier particulars — third-party limits, passenger liability and own-damage excesses for both chauffeured and self-drive hires — are being verified against the policies now and will be published here per category, not as a blanket claim.
Helicopter charter
Flights are operated under an Air Operator Certificate, which carries its own aviation-liability insurance. Where a flight is provided by a partner operator, that operator and their certificate are named on the aircraft page, so the cover you fly under is always attributable to a named company.
What we will not do
We will not print “fully comprehensive cover” without the document in hand to quote from. When the particulars land, this page becomes one of the most specific insurance pages in the Kenyan market — because it will be transcribed, not marketed.
